  • General Ordering and Shipping Information

    • QES products are available factory direct from this web site or from QES in Port Townsend Washington. If you live on Washington State's Olympic Peninsula, feel free to visit our authorized dealer, Crossroads Music in Port Townsend WA, where you can play through a Retrofier classic in person and purchase one from their store.
    • Many of our amplifier and reverb products are currently "made to order" and require a 3-6 month delivery time, however items that may be in stock will ship in 5-7 business days.
    • For custom orders that require significant engineering development and/or changes, delivery time varies from approximately 1-4 months. Please contact us for details.
    • A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders and is non-refundable after 72 hours of placing the order. The balance due will be processed when the order is shipped.
    • All shipping costs are estimates and subject to change.
