At Quimper Electronic Systems (QES) customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities and we understand you need to experience your equipment for a period of time before you can be certain it is right for you. We therefore, offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to QES in its original condition within 30 days of purchase (with original proof of purchase) and we'll give you a full refund. The exception to this policy is one-of-a-kind custom designed equipment manufactured by QES to your specifications. Returned items must be in brand-new, original condition, with NO signs of wear or tear such as scratches, scuffs, dings, scrapes, tears, stains etc on the amplifier, gear or equipment. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or reduce the amount of the refund on damaged items as described above. Items must be returned to QES in original packing boxes and materials, with all manuals, warrantees, accessories, power supplies, covers etc. If not, your return may be rejected or subject to a return handling charge and charges may be applied to bring equipment to like-new condition. Your refund will be processed after a complete evaluation of your returned item has been done. Refunds are for product value only and excludes any handling or shipping charges . If you received free shipping on your order, the value of the uncharged shipping cost will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Those who violate the spirit of our refund/return policy may be subject to limitations or suspensions of return privileges.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Amplifiers and equipment are covered under a warranty, which is provided by Quimper Electronic Systems, LLC (QES) of Port Townsend, WA. If you purchase or use our amplifiers, gear or equipment in a way they were not intended for, use a step-up or step-down transformer, use the wrong power supply cord or tamper with the amplifier in any way, your warranty will be immediately invalidated and all repairs (parts and labor) will be your responsibility. Each repair is checked by serial number. New Amplifiers are lifetime warranted to the original purchaser against failure of parts/materials and workmanship if purchased direct from the manufacturer or through an authorized dealer. No other warranty applies. This warranty applies only if the amplifier has not been damaged by accident, misuse or as a result of unauthorized repair or modification. This QES Warranty is not a "no-fault" warranty. We want you to be happy and we will do our best to take care of you, but coverage applies only if your product malfunctions under normal operating conditions. "Consumable" parts, components, and accessories are not covered under this warranty. The use of non-authorized replacement parts may void this warranty. QES reserves the right to make any design changes without notice or obligation to incorporate these changes in products previously purchased. Return Authorization is required for all products before they are returned to QES and QES is not liable for any freight or duty charges. In some cases we will be able to supply technical information needed to repair the amplifier thus shipping issues and costs may be avoided. If QES authorizes a return, include a copy of your original receipt, detailed letter stating your problems/issues, when and how they began and include your return shipping address, email and phone number. Possible charges are: Minimum bench charge $75, Repairs $65/hr. Authorized Returns should be shipped in an original box with original packing materials, unless otherwise instructed. A return packing/handling charge may be applied to any product shipped to QES in sub-standard or damaged shipping box and materials. This is to make sure your amplifier/equipment is packaged safely in a new box and to recover our costs. Since UPS does not honor damage claims for non-original packaging, QES is not responsible for any customer-to-factory return shipping damage to products shipped in non-original box and packing materials. We're also not responsible for loss from theft, fire or flood damage. We are musicians ourselves, and we understand the frustrations that can happen when a piece of gear breaks down, but we have to be realistic and emphasize that we can't be held responsible for lost work, lost studio time, lost wages, or the emotional strife or other ancillary issues that are created when a piece of equipment fails and/or while the equipment is with us for repair. We will do our best to repair your amplifier and/or equipment as quickly as possible and get it back to you. It is a goal of QES to be fair, honest and to offer real value when you buy equipment from us. However, by offering a generous warranty, we must not create an opportunity for those who may be less honest to take advantage of our coverage. Therefore, we reserve the right to accept or reject any product presented to us for repairs under this warranty or to modify the conditions of this warranty at our discretion.
